There's A Depressing New Dating Trend That's Making Cheating Easier

If the recent dating trends of breadcrumbing or being zombied haven't made your blood boil quite enough, fear not, the best is yet to come.
Stashing is here, and it's going to make infidelity that little bit easier. Yay!
In these social media weary times most people don't feel the need to post declarations of love on Instagram or set our relationship status on Facebook. We all know how we feel about those couples.
But what if the person you're dating is keeping you hidden from their profile and not inviting you to events with their friends is actually in order to "stash" you from their life?
Sadly people are using this sly method in order to have the perks of a single life and a relationship simultaneously. Someone to stay in with Friday that you can file away come Saturday when you want a night out.
Dating expert Jo Hemmings told the Daily Mail: "The most likely reason for being stashed is that you're being played a bit. They could be someone who doesn't think of you as a long-term prospect, or they don't think you're special enough to have brought you into their circle of friends."
A 2015 study by GlobalWebIndex found that 42% of Tinder users were already in relationship with 30% of those users admitting to being married.
We truly get the trends we deserve.
