UK WOMAN LAMENT "HOW MY HUSBAND WENT BACK TO NIGERIA LAST CHRISTMAS TO WED NEW WIFE"

Tracy was shocked to discover that her hubby of 10yrs, David Akingbogun, 43, left his 2 kids to secretly marry another woman in Nigeria on Boxing Day, 2014.

Heartbroken Tracy, also 43, says: “I still can’t believe he did that to us after more than ten years together.

The marriage was a religious one and not a legal one. So he hadn’t committed bigamy. His dad had 5 wives during his lifetime, so I suppose he thought he could do that too.”

Tracy was a single mother-of-two when she met David at a nightclub in March 2004, 3 months after he arrived UK.

David moved into Tracy’s home just 6 weeks later and Tracy was delighted to discover she was pregnant. Their son Kayode, 11, was born in December 2004 and they married two months later. Tracy says: “David read out a poem and told me he really believed in me and our future

together. From then on he called me Wifey.”

The next year they went to Nigeria to meet David’s relatives. Their second son Olalekan, 4, was born in December 2011. But two years later she found messages between David and a Nigerian woman. Tracy says: “One read: ‘When you were last here I wish I’d kissed you.’

I shouted at him, and wanted him to explain himself. He said she was someone he used to date before he came to the UK. He said it was nothing, they were just friends. I told him it was her or me. He said it was me, I was his wifey and that was that."

Then David announced he would have to go to Nigeria over the 2014 festive period. But, on David’s return, Tracy felt something had changed. Tracy got a message on Facebook from the partner of one of David’s friends in Nigeria, a woman Tracy had met when she visited.

She told her that David got married to another woman. The new wife, was the woman she’d caught him messaging 2 years before.

Tracy says: “I confronted him and he tried to deny it again but this time I told him I’d seen the photos. . . I told him to pack his bags and get out." David, on his part said: “I can do what I want. It’s nobody’s business. What do you want me to do?”

7 QUALITIES THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE A MAN WANT TO MARRY YOU

Are-you-ready-for-marriage

Call it green light, red light or whatever you like, there are certain qualities men find irresistible in women. It’s therefore no surprise that some ladies date a man for just one month and before you know it, the man proposes, while others keep going from one man to the other and they keep “dumping” you.
Most of our ladies already know these things but choose to still ignore in the name of being hard to get or being “civilized “. There are however some things that civilization cannot change especially in Africa, at least not in this our generation yet.
Without much ado, here are some qualities that will surely make a man want to have you forever.
1. Respect : Every man craves for respect, especially from women. It has nothing to do with pride, its the way we are wired. If you find it hard as a lady to respect a man then you might as well forget about settling with a man and maybe try a fellow woman. Women thrive on love and attention, men thrive on respect. Even the Bible says it. When you respect and honor a man, there’s nothing he cannot do for you. That is why women who seem respectful always attract men. Enough said on this.
2. Confidence : Now by confidence I don’t mean arrogance, there’s a lot of difference between them. A confident woman knows what she wants and goes for it, she knows how to make her man happy, she feels free to show off her man and brag about him, she pursues her goal with vigour and there’s this air of happiness around her. That’s the kind of woman a man cannot resist. Not the talkative, insulting, busy body type.
3. Decency: A large percentage of men desire decently dressed women. At least 90 percent and am talking about serious relationship unless a man wants to have you for satisfaction. No man wants to marry a wife who dresses half Unclad. Sexy is good but Unclad is unacceptable to most men. Ladies too much makeup pisses most men off. Too much artificial hair, nails and all makes you look fake and only good for banging.
4. Can she keep a home? : There is nothing as nice as a man coming home and finding his house well cleaned and arranged. It tells the man that this lady will surely make a good wife. Most women feel that men are feeling too big to do these things like cleaning, washing and cooking. It’s not so. Men are not wired to do these things just like women are not wired to do strenuous work like wiring, carrying heavy loads etc.
5. Can she cook? : Men love food. I can’t stress that enough. That is why a man can start developing feelings for the house maid who cooks good food for him and takes care of his house. Show a man that you can feed him good food and he will want to keep you forever.
6. Neatness and good dress sense : A neat, well dressed, nice smelling, well put together woman is very desirable. Enough said.
7. Smile : Now this is where most Naija ladies fail woefully. I don’t know if it’s against the law in this country for women smile. You see them carrying long faces like they woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Ladies please smile. It communicates confidence and friendliness and also shows you have a good heart. Men can’t resist a sexy smile from a woman.

PHOTOS: Couple Wed In Hospital After Motor Accident

The definition of true love was recently witnessed in the Eastern part of Africa, Kenya precisely, as a couple exchanged marital vows in the hospital to which they were admitted following a ghastly motor accident.
According to a report in The Star, James Mwangi and Miriam Gakenia sustained severe injuries in an accident on Nyeri-Nairobi highway on Tuesday night, December 15, after they had gone to buy wedding items.
Miriam, the bride-to-be sustained a right hip joint injury and a broken right arm while her groom, James, made it out with only his right hand injured.
Although James was treated and discharged, his wife-to-be Miriam was left bedridden following her severe injuries.

It was gathered that while Miriam tried to convince James to postpone the wedding, the groom had other plans and in a shocking scene, he insisted the ceremony must be held.
Stunned at the her husband-to-be’s decision, Miriam had no other option than to get married to her beau at the Outspan hospital on Saturday, December 19.
Miriam had nurses as her bridesmaids and was escorted in her bed to her groom by the matron of the hospital. The lovebirds had difficulty wearing each other’s wedding bands as their hands were in casts but they exchanged their vows.
The married couple also found it hard to sign their marriage certificate and share their wedding cake, but these paled in comparison to the exchange of vows at the emotional ceremony.
According to the reverend who conducted the wedding, it was the first of its kind in Kenya. “I have never conducted such a wedding. It shows [how] far love can go. It is a lesson in sticking with your vision regardless of hurdles, and eventually reaching your destination,” he said.
Speaking after the wedding, James said: “The wedding had to go on. We had prepared for six months. The devil was not going to get in the way. She would have become my wife even if she had lost her legs.”
However, Miriam will remain at the hospital for six weeks while she recuperates.
James and Miriam’s wedding comes just months after a British husband-to-be Tim Omer and his Polish bride Kinga were forced to move the ceremony and 90 guests to his hospital bed three hours after he came out of surgery.
